Choosing a Declaration Package: Solidarity Access vs. Standard vs. White-Glove
Four tiers, real differences. Here's the honest comparison so you can pick the right one the first time.
The four tiers
MyRights.cc offers four service tiers for filing a Declaration of Autonomy:
- Solidarity Access — free, self-serve, income-qualified
- Standard — full-service single-filer
- Premium — Standard + Custom Creator + witness provisioning
- White-Glove — Premium + drafting consultation + expedited timing
Each tier is a complete path to a recorded declaration. The differences are in how much you do yourself and how customized the document is.

Who each tier is for
Solidarity Access — For filers who qualify under the income-based program, are comfortable arranging their own notarization, and want the document and instructions to handle the rest themselves.
Standard — For most filers. Single Omnibus Declaration, all four cognitive-liberty pillars and all 13 Neural Bill of Rights articles reserved, professional notarization, and Pima recording handled end-to-end.
Premium — For filers who want one or more sections customized to their specific situation (specific employer, profession, technology category, family arrangement) and who want us to provide qualified witnesses so their session has zero logistics on their end.
White-Glove — For filers who want the document reviewed line-by-line in a one-on-one consultation, want the timeline compressed, and want priority support throughout. This is the right tier for filers in active disputes or with time-sensitive triggers.
The Premium package adds the Custom Creator
Premium includes everything in Standard, plus modular custom sections and provisioned witnesses for your notarization session.

Why a Recorded Declaration Beats a Notarized Affidavit Alone
Notarization is necessary but not sufficient. The recording step is what gives a personal declaration most of its evidentiary weight.
